Finima operates the parliamentary system. They are civilized and organized people. As the most ancient people in Bonny Kingdom, they are also faced with communal challenges, which they actually overcome by a modern system of governance. The Town Council is the heart of the governance that consist of the Wari-Alapu (Elders or House Units) of different cabinets (kitchen) known as Burusu just like the modern democratic setting representing the people. What do you think and, what are the improvement in leadership areas that are worthwhile?
